NIT Warangal is inviting applications for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position for a project titled "Development of Si3N4-SrTiO3 Composites at Extremely Low Temperatures and Exploration of Its Potential Applications," sponsored by the DST-SERB-Core Research Grant (CRG). There is one available post, and the age limit for applicants is 28 years, with an upper age relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC categories, women, and physically handicapped candidates.

Qualifications Details for NIT Warangal Recruitment 2024
- B. Tech. or B. E. or Equivalent degree in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering / Mechanical Engineering and M. Tech. or M.E. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering and related fields with first class with 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA at both UG and PG for GEN/OBC- NCL/GENEWS category and minimum 55% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA for candidates under SC/ST/PwD category. GATE score is NOT mandatory or
- B.Tech. or B.E. or Equivalent degree in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering / Mechanical Engineering and at least CGPA of 8.0/10 or 75% of marks under GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL category and at least CGPA of 7.5/10 or 70% for candidates under SC/ST/PwD category. GATE score is NOT mandatory. or
- M.Sc. in Physics/ Materials Science/ Nanoscience and Nanotechnology with M.Tech. in Materials Science/ Metallurgy/ Nanoscience and Nanotechnology/ Ceramic Engineering/ Surface Engineering with minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA at both UG and PG (wherever applicable) for GEN/ GEN-EWS/ OBC-NCL category and minimum 55% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA at both UG and PG for SC/ ST/ PwD category. Pay Scale for NIT Warangal Recruitment 2024
