NIT Warangal (National Institute of Technology Warangal) is inviting applications for the position of Junior Research Fellow, with one vacancy available. The salary offered for this position is Rs. 37,000 + HRA per month for the first two years and Rs. 42,000 + HRA for the third year.
Qualifications required for the position include a B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering/Metallurgy with first class, or an M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering/Metallurgy with first class (current second-year M.E/M.Tech students can also apply). Candidates should possess sound knowledge in the mechanical behavior of materials.
The selection process is purely temporary, with candidates required to submit a brief resume/curriculum vitae/bio-data along with the application form. A list of eligible candidates will be announced on the institute website and also intimated through email or phone. Shortlisted candidates will have to attend an interview, which may be conducted online or offline. If conducted online, candidates are expected to have a good internet connection.
