National Institute of Technology Sikkim invites applications for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for a time-bound research project funded by IBITF, DST, Govt. of India. The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship of Rs. 37,000/- along with HRA if accommodation is not provided. The research area of the project is IoT and Cyber Security. The duration of the position is 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance.
Essential qualifications include B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology with minimum 65% marks or 7.0 CGPA in M.E./M.Tech., or B.E./B.Tech. with minimum 85% marks or 9.0 CGPA. Desirable qualifications include GATE/NET qualification.

Qualification for NIT Sikkim Recruitment 2024
B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Sc. & Engg. / Information Technology or equivalent from an Institute of National Importance / AICTE-approved University/Institution with minimum 65% marks or 7.0 CGPA (out of 10) in M.E./M.Tech. OR B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Sc. & Engg. / Information Technology or equivalent from an Institute of National Importance with minimum 85% marks or 9.0 CGPA (out of 10). Desirable: GATE/NET qualification.
Pay Scale for NIT Sikkim Recruitment 2024
The pay scale for NIT Sikkim Recruitment 2024 is a consolidated monthly fellowship of Rs. 37,000/- per month, along with House Rent Allowance (HRA) if accommodation is not provided by the Institute.
Selection Procedure for NIT Sikkim Recruitment 2024
