• Non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1,000/- for UR/OBC/EWS should be paid online through https://nitpyrec.samarth.edu.in/.
• The candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates are exempted from paying the fee.

General Instructions for NIT Puducherry Recruitment 2024

• All applications received by the Institute shall be scrutinized and incomplete applications will be out-rightly rejected.
• Candidates, not eligible for the post he/she applied, for will not be considered.
• The applicant will be responsible for the authenticity of submitted information, other documents, and photographs.
• The persons with disability (PWD) with 40% and above shall be required to produce a medical certificate in the prescribed form issued by the competent medical authority for the purpose of consideration under PWD
• The candidates under the SC/ST category should produce a valid certificate issued from the concerned authority
• The candidates seeking the benefit of reservation under the OBC category should produce the OBC – NCL Certificate issued on or after 01.04.2023 from the concerned authority as per the format prescribed for Central Government only (format attached), failing which the candidate will be considered under Unreserved category.

Selection Process for NIT Puducherry Recruitment 2024

• Selection will be done in two phases. In the first phase, the shortlisted candidates are required to appear for a technical seminar in the area of their specialization in the respective department. The second phase involves an interview by the duly constituted Selection Board.
• The list of shortlisted candidates for the selection process will be displayed on the website of the Institute. Candidates are advised to visit the website https://www.nitpy.ac.in regularly. No separate call letters will be sent, only email intimation will be given to the concerned.
• The decision of the selection Committee will be final in the matter of selection.
