NIMHANS, Bengaluru, is conducting a walk-in interview on May 2, 2024, for the recruitment of a Junior Research Fellow position within the Neurobiology Research Centre. The position offers a salary of Rs. 31,000 per month plus 27% HRA.

Candidates up to 30 years of age who possess an M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Genetics with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to those who have cleared national eligibility tests like CSIR/UGC-NET and GATE, or other national level examinations conducted by central government bodies. Applicants with experience in molecular biology techniques, particularly miRNA work and real-time qPCR, are particularly encouraged.
