The National Institute of Labour Economics Research and Development (NILERD) is seeking applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Joint Director (Finance) on a contractual basis or through deputation.

Qualification for NILERD Recruitment 2024
- Graduate in Commerce from a recognized university or equivalent;
- Post Graduate degree in commerce/financial management OR MBA (Finance) OR S.A.S. (Accountant) in an established Audit/Accounts organization of the Government;
- A minimum 10 years (Post Graduate) experience in finance/accounts in central/state Govt./Universities/ recognized research institute/Semi Government /Statutory/Autonomous organization/bank/financial institutions or public sector undertaking, of which at least 8 years should be in Pay Level-10 and above or equivalent; (For PSUs E-3 Grade and above)
- Desirable qualification: Professional qualification as Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.
Pay Scale for NILERD Recruitment 2024
The National Institute of Labour Economics Research and Development (NILERD) is offering competitive pay packages for the position of Joint Director. For candidates appointed on a contractual basis, the emoluments amount to Rs. 1.45 lakh per month, consolidated. Alternatively, for those appointed through deputation, the pay scale falls under Pay Level-12, ranging from Rs. 78,800 to Rs. 2,09,200 per month.
Age Limit for NILERD Recruitment 2024
