• 12th in Science + Diploma (MLT / DMLT / Engineering) + Five years experience in relevant subject/field.
• Experience in conducting community-based health research surveys.

Salary for NIIRNCD Recruitment 2024

• The remuneration for the position is set at Rs. 20,000 per month, to which an additional 18% House Rent Allowance (HRA) is added, amounting to Rs. 3,600.
• Therefore, the total monthly fixed remuneration without any other allowances stands at Rs. 23,600.
• The rates of emoluments / stipend shown in this advertisement are project specific and may vary according to sanction of the funding agency of the Project.
• Payment of emoluments to the project person will depend on availability of funds from the funding agency.

Age Limit for NIIRNCD Recruitment 2024

• Applications are invited for project human resource positions under the project titled 'High population-based coverage of high-risk pregnancy identification and management through effective antenatal care and care continuum across antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care - An Implementation Research' at ICMR-NIIRNCD, Jodhpur.
• Interested individuals can submit their applications by hand on the date of the Walk-in-interview/written test.
• Age limit is Not exceeding 30 years on the date of Walk-in-interview/written test."
• Age relaxation will be admissible in respect of SC / ST / OBC candidates, retrenched Government Employees, Departmental Candidates (including projects) and Ex-servicemen etc. in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Government / DoPT / ICMR from time to time.
• Age concession to the extent of service rendered in other research projects will also be admissible for experienced and skilled persons.
• SC / ST / OBC will be given age relaxation in respect of the project positions reserved for them only and not for UR positions.

General Terms and Conditions for NIIRNCD Recruitment 2024

• The above project positions are purely on temporary basis only.
• The advertised posts are tentative without commitment for its filling.
• Recruitment will depend upon requirement of project and approval of the competent authority.
• The Director & Appointing Authority has the right to accept / reject any application without assigning any reason(s) and no correspondence in this matter will be entertained.
• The engagement can be terminated with one-month notice from either side without assigning any reason. Candidates already employed should submit a “No Objection Certificate” from their present Employer / PI at the time of Walk-in-interview / written test failing which he / she will not be allowed to appear for Interview / written test.
• Since, the project position(s) is / are temporary; the incumbents selected will have no claim for regular appointment at ICMR-NIIRNCD or continuation of his / her services in any other project.
• The selected candidate should work for a period of at least one month, failing which, the emoluments drawn by him / her has to be forfeited
• The results of the final selection will be placed on ICMR-NIIRNCD and ICMR websites.
• The recruited project person(s) is / are governed as per ICMR project staff recruitment guidelines and will have to give the undertakings before joining.
• No accommodation can be provided for any candidate in case the process of test / interview gets delayed till late evening or following day/s due to the overwhelming crowd of candidates.
• Candidates are advised to carry their Tiffin box / food items / snacks to avoid inconvenience.
• At the time of joining duty, the candidates should bring all original certificates of educational qualifications (from SSC onwards), No Objection Certificate from present employer if working in ICMR Projects (compulsory), SC / ST / OBC / EWS certificate, Experience, Aadhaar Card & PwBD Certificate (if applicable) for availing age relaxation, passport size photograph along with one set of photocopies of the certificates duly attested (can be self-attested) for verification
• Qualifications should be achieved from recognized Institutions / Universities only.
• Experience certificate should clearly state the nature of work during the period of employment with dates. Experience in the relevant discipline / field should be from a reputed institution / organization recognized by the relevant authority.
• Date of Interview / written test may be changed due to administrative reasons. Hence, candidates are advised to check the website before appearing for Interview / written test.
• Canvassing and bringing pressure in any form for Interview / written test and employment will be a disqualification and such candidates will be barred from selection process.
• Candidates applying for more than one project position should separately apply for each project position.
• Experience from the date of completion of minimum essential educational qualification shall only be counted.
• Submission of incorrect or false information shall disqualify the candidature
• Age, Qualification, Experience etc., will be reckoned as on the date of Walk-in interview / written test.
• No TA / DA will be given for attending the Walk-in-interview / written test.
• Mere fulfilling the essential qualification / experience will not bestow any guarantee of selection.
• Candidates, who fail to bring the original certificates at the time of joining, will not be allowed to join the selected project position.
• Candidates reporting after the scheduled date / time will also not be allowed to appear in the Walk-in-interview / written test.

Selection Procedure for NIIRNCD Recruitment 2024

• The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the written test / interview subject to qualifying the skill test, wherever applicable
• The final merit shall be prepared on the basis of marks of written test and interview.
• In case of non conductance of written test being less than 30 candidates, the merit shall be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the interview.
