NIFTEM Recruitment 2024 Notification Out Junior Research Fellow or Capacity Building Officer Vacancies, Check Eligibility at niftem.ac.in
NIFTEM, Kundli, is recruiting a Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Capacity Building Officer for the Fortification Innovation Hub project funded by IIT Delhi. The position is contractual for 36 months with a monthly remuneration of Rs. 31,000 plus 8% HRA. Applicants should be graduates in Life Sciences/Social Sciences or have a Masters in Food Technology, Food Science and Nutrition, or Human Resource Management.
Preferably, candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in capacity building, along with presentation, training, and MS Office skills. Responsibilities include assessing knowledge gaps, developing training approaches, managing training activities for stakeholders, and supporting knowledge management.

Qualification for NIFTEM Recruitment 2024
- Graduate in Life sciences/Social Sciences or Masters in Food Technology, Food Science and Nutrition, Human Resource Management
- Experience: Preferably 3-5 years of experience working in capacity building in a similar kind of project/Industry or consultancy.
- Candidates with good presentation, capacity building, training skills and MS office skills will be preferred.
- Good communications skills, preferably Hindi and English.
