NIFTEM, Kundli, is recruiting a Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Capacity Building Officer for the Fortification Innovation Hub project funded by IIT Delhi. The position is contractual for 36 months with a monthly remuneration of Rs. 31,000 plus 8% HRA. Applicants should be graduates in Life Sciences/Social Sciences or have a Masters in Food Technology, Food Science and Nutrition, or Human Resource Management.
Preferably, candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in capacity building, along with presentation, training, and MS Office skills. Responsibilities include assessing knowledge gaps, developing training approaches, managing training activities for stakeholders, and supporting knowledge management.

Qualification for NIFTEM Recruitment 2024
- Graduate in Life sciences/Social Sciences or Masters in Food Technology, Food Science and Nutrition, Human Resource Management
- Experience: Preferably 3-5 years of experience working in capacity building in a similar kind of project/Industry or consultancy.
- Candidates with good presentation, capacity building, training skills and MS office skills will be preferred.
- Good communications skills, preferably Hindi and English.
Roles and Responsibilities for NIFTEM Recruitment 2024
- Work closely with the collaborating partners to assess the knowledge gaps and create appropriate approaches for training drives in NIFTEM as well as in different geographies of the country.
- Streamline a systematic training model on behalf of training of trainers for the Rice fortification ecosystem.
- Manage all the training related activities for the different stakeholders of rice fortification i.e., rice millers, FRK manufactures, premix manufacturers.
- Support knowledge management officer in developing the effective communication/ training materials and packages.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, communication, motivational & influencing skills.
