The National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL), a joint venture between the Government of India and participating state governments, is undertaking the ambitious Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Train Corridor Project.
As part of its endeavor to become a leading employer, NHSRCL is seeking retired officials from various railway bodies for the positions of Advisor/Senior Advisor (Civil) on a re-employment basis. The positions are based in Mumbai/Vasai or Mumbai/Surat/Vadodara/Vasai, with compensation as per company policy.
Selection involves a personal interaction, including a presentation on relevant job experience. Responsibilities include civil and track works execution, contract management, dispute resolution, and other assigned tasks. Qualifications Details for NHSRCL Recruitment 2024
B.E/B. Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent from recognized institute / university
For Senior Advisor:
- Retired from service in a minimum pay-scale of Rs.67000-79000 (L-15) of CDA Pay scales or Retired from service in a minimum pay scale of Rs. 150000 – 300000 (E-9) of IDA Pay Scales.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project execution with experience of handling High Value (min. INR 50 cr.) project.
For Advisor:
- Retired from service in a minimum pay-scale of Rs.37400-67000 (GP-8700) (L-13) of CDA Pay scales. or Retired from service in a minimum pay scale of Rs. 90000 – 240000 (E-6) of IDA Pay scales.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project execution with experience of handling High Value (min. INR 10 cr.) project.
- Construction of Railway projects involving viaduct with PSC Box Girder, I-girder, balanced cantilever, Tunnel, River bridges with well foundation, Station buildings and Track works
- Contract Management of high value projects including dispute resolution works.
General Conditions for NHSRCL Recruitment 2024
- Experience and other eligibility criteria shall be reckoned as on last date of receipt of applications

Selection Process for NHSRCL Recruitment 2024
- Shortlisted candidates will appear for a personal interaction (which will involve candidates making a brief presentation on the jobs handled by them & their experience in the areas detailed in the job description.
- Eligible candidates shortlisted based on the initial scrutiny will be called for interview. Suitable communications in this regard will be sent to the candidates individually
- Selected candidates during the period of his/her employment will be required to serve at any location/office of NHSRCL
