The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has announced its recruitment drive for the position of Assistant Manager. There are three vacancies available, with the last date to apply being September 30, 2024.
Eligible candidates must have a degree from a recognized university and at least three years of experience in administration, establishment, human resources, or personnel management. The recruitment is open to both deputation and direct recruitment, with different age limits and experience requirements for each.

Qualifications Details for NHAI Recruitment 2024
- Degree of a recognized University /Institute
- Essential Experience for deputation/ recruitment
- At least three experience in Administration Establishment Human Resource Personnel Management.
- Initial period of deputation shall be 03 years, which may be extended for a period of 02 years with the approval of Chairman.
- Further extension in the period of deputation for another period of 2 years beyond 05 years shall be done with the approval of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, subject to satisfactory performance.
Age Limit for NHAI Recruitment 2024
- Deputation: Not exceeding 56 years Direct Recruitment: Not exceeding 30 years.
Pay Scale for NHAI Recruitment 2024
- Holding analogous post on regular basis in the pay scale of Pay Band-2 (Rs.9300-34,800) with Grade Pay Rs.4800/- (in CDA pattern) or equivalent pay scale in IDA pattern in the parent cadre/department
- With three years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the PB-2 (Rs.9300-34800) with Grade Pay Rs.4600/- (in CDA pattern) or equivalent pay scale in IDA pattern in the parent cadre/ department
- Wth five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the PB-2 (Rs.9300-34800) with Grade Pay Rs.4200/- (in CDA pattern) or equivalent pay scale in IDA pattern in the parent cadre/ department

- The last date prescribed for receipt of the online applications is 30.09.2024 (06.00 PM).
- All willing regular officials, who have rendered requisite years of regular service in the posts of Private Secretary/Personal Assistant/Caretaker & Store Keeper/ Receptionist as on 01.01.2024 and possess eligibility conditions prescribed in the Recruitment Regulations are requested to fill their online application form on the application portal from 29.08.2024.
