Qualifications Details for NHAI Recruitment 2024
- Degree in Law from a recognized University/ Institute: and 17 years’ service as Group-‘A’ Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- (pre-revised in CDA pattern equivalent to Pay Level-10 (56100-177500) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent level post or higher on regular basis out of which 07 years’ experience in the field of law related to contractual matters/ arbitration/ legislative matters/ land acquisition.
- Degree in Commerce / Accounts from a recognized university or ICAI / ICWAI / MBA (Finance) from a recognized University / Institute; OR Member of any organized Group-‘A’ Finance/ Accounts related Service of the Central Government or of the State Government; ) 14 years’ experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15,600- 39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- or equivalent or higher out of which 7 years’ experience in Financial Accounting/ Budgeting/ InternalAudit/ Contract Management/ Fund Management/ Disbursement in an organization of repute.
- Degree from a recognized University/ Institute; 14 years’ experience in the pay scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- (pre-revised) in CDA pattern equivalent to Pay Level-10 (Rs.56100-177500) of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC or equivalent or higher, out of which at least 05 (five) years’ experience in handling land acquisition matters
- Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level; or Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi or English medium and English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level; or Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsoryor elective subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level; and
- Recognized Diploma or Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-aversa or three years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central or State Government offices, including Government of India undertaking.

- General Manager (Finance): Level-13 (Rs.1,23,100- 2,15,900) / (prerevised) PB-4 (Rs.37,400-67,000) with Grade Pay Rs.8,700/-
- General Manager (Land Acquisition & Estate Management): PB-4 (Rs.37400-67000) with GP of Rs.8700 (prerevised), equivalent to Pay Level-13 (Rs.123100-215900) of Pay Matrix as per 7 th CPC
- Hindi Translator: PB-2 (Rs.9300- 34800) with GP of Rs.4800 (prerevised), equivalent to Pay Level-8 (Rs.47600-151100) of Pay Matrix as per 7 th CPC
- Junior Hindi Translator: PB-2 (Rs.9300- 34800) with GP of Rs.4200 (prerevised), equivalent to Pay Level-6 (Rs.35400-112400) of Pay Matrix as per 7 th CPC
