NFL is hiring for the position of Officer (Company Secretariat) with three available posts. The job is located in Uttar Pradesh, and the salary ranges from ₹40,000 to ₹1,40,000. The age limit for applicants is 18 to 30 years, with relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ExSM categories.

Applicants must have passed the final examination of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and be a member of ICSI. Qualifications Details for NFL Recruitment 2024

• Minimum 01 year post qualification professional experience as on cut-off date in a Secretariat Department of a Central/ State Govt./ CPSE/ SPSE/ Public Limited Company

• No claim of possession of equivalent educational qualification(s) other than advertised educational qualification for a post would be entertained and decision of NFL in this regard would be final and binding.
• Minimum percentage of marks in the minimum educational qualification as indicated above shall be aggregate of all semesters/years and irrespective of the weightage given to any particular semester/year by the Institute/University

Age Limit for NFL Recruitment 2024

The age limit specified in Column II of the table indicates that the maximum age for the 'UR' category is 30 years, with the minimum age being 18 years. Relaxations in age criteria are provided for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/ExSM categories.

Pay Scale for NFL Recruitment 2024

• NFL offers one of the best pay packages in the fertilizer industry. The pay scales offered by NFL include a Pay Scale Code of 01 for the post of Officer (Company Secretariat) under the 2017 IDA based pay scale, which is ₹40,000-₹1,40,000.
• Selected candidates will be placed at the minimum Basic Pay in the pay scale. In addition to the Basic Pay, candidates will receive Industrial Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance or Company Accommodation (wherever available), and other perquisites and allowances.
• These benefits include leave, medical facilities, contributory provident fund, gratuity, contributory superannuation benefit fund scheme, group personal accident insurance, and others as applicable according to NFL rules. Additionally, Medical Officers will receive a Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) of 20% of Basic Pay, as per company rules.

Application Fee for NFL Recruitment 2024

Candidates belonging to the General, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay a non-refundable application fee plus any applicable bank charges through online transfer mode at the time of submitting the online application form. For the Pay Scale Code E-1 post of Officer (Company Secretariat), the amount is ₹700.

Selection Process for NFL Recruitment 2024

• Based on the information in Application Form and documents uploaded by the candidates’ during online submission of their Application Form, scrutiny of applications would be done and candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be provisionally shortlisted and called for personal interview. NFL’s decision regarding eligibility & shortlisting of applications shall be final & binding and no queries or correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
