Qualification for NFDC Recruitment 2024
Manager
- The candidate should have a Master's degree in a relevant field of qualifications.
- Desired Education: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of the entertainment industry and emerging trends. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience : 10 years of experience in PSU/ Any Govt. Organization/ Private sector
Graphic Designer
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Desired Education: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience in designing for the entertainment industry, preferably in content syndication.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work, including content for digital platforms.
- 6 years of experience in PSU/ Any Govt. Organization/ Private sector
Pay Scale for NFDC Recruitment 2024
- Manager: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month all inclusive
- Graphic Designer: Rs. 80,000/- per month all inclusive
