National Film Development Corporation Ltd (NFDC) is seeking applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Digital and Social Media on a contractual basis for one year. The position requires candidates to be graduates, preferably in Mass Communication or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in handling Social Media, Digital Marketing, PR, and implementing marketing campaigns across digital platforms. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and advertising technologies is essential, along with proficiency in Google Analytics and web/app development.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing social media and digital campaigns for Government Clients to expand audience reach and enhance brand equity. Key skills include content creation, management, and communication across various digital channels to drive engagement and positive customer behavior. The monthly remuneration for this position is Rs. 80,000, inclusive of all allowances.

Qualification for NFDC Recruitment 2024
- Graduate preferably in Mass communication or similar field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in handling Social Media/Digital Marketing/PR/ planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital channels. Experience of using advertisement platform for marketing. Knowledge of Programming /Advertisement/DSP/SSP/Programmatic adv.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies, including social media platforms, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms. Knowledge of UT/UX/Website development /APP development.
- The candidate must have a flair for Digital Media and its effective usage. The mission is to help develop, implement, track and optimize social media and digital media campaigns for our Government Clients so as to expand their audience base as well as create a two-way engagement between the Client and its target group so as to strengthen the client’s brand equity.
- Must have a passion for content creation, its management and communication across social media, mobile and online platforms to drive engagement and positive customer behaviour.
Pay Scale for NFDC Recruitment 2024
The pay scale for the Assistant Manager position at the National Film Development Corporation Ltd (NFDC) for the year 2024 is Rs. 80,000 per month, inclusive of all allowances and benefits. This salary reflects the remuneration package offered to successful candidates appointed to this role within NFDC.
