North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU) Shillong has announced vacancies for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB) funded project titled "Landslide Susceptibility Mapping and Monitoring using Machine Learning and IoT: A case study of Meghalaya, India". Candidates must possess M.E./M.Tech. in IT/CSE/ECE or MCA or M.Sc. in Computer Science/Electronics and should have cleared NET/GATE.
Candidates must produce original certificates/mark sheets of their educational qualifications and other claims at the time of the interview. The decision of the selection committee will be final. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview. The appointment of the candidate will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Institute and funding agency.
The positions are temporary and co-terminus with the project. Application Process: Interested candidates are required to email their CV/bio-data, photocopies of certificates, mark sheets,The date and time of the interview are scheduled for April 29, 2024, at 10:30 AM.
