The Department of Basic Sciences and Social Sciences at NEHU, Shillong, invites applications for the position of Project Associate for a research project titled "Empowering Meghalaya's Tribal Artisans and Farmers with a Secure Blockchain-Fintech Solution," funded by the IIT Bhilai Innovation and Technology Foundation (IBITF).
The project aims to leverage blockchain and fintech solutions to benefit tribal artisans and farmers in Meghalaya. The ideal candidate should hold a B.E/B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/PhD in CSE/IT/ECE with proficiency in app development and programming. The fellowship for the position is Rs.31000 plus HRA for candidates with NET/GATE qualification and Rs.25000 plus HRA for others.
The appointment is for a duration of one year, extendable to the project's two-year timeline.
