The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) is sponsoring a research project focused on the early identification of Red Spider Mite attack in Tea gardens of North Eastern States of India, utilizing ASIC based Detector and electronic repellent for possible dispersal.
Interested candidates with a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering are invited to apply for the position of Project Assistant, with knowledge in VLSI EDA tools being desirable. The monthly fellowship for the position is Rs. 20,000 plus HRA, and the duration of the appointment is three years, initially up to 31st March 2025, with the possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance.
