Qualification for NECTAR Recruitment 2024
- Doctorate in Civil/ Mechanical/ Chemical/Electronics & Communications/ Instrumentation/ Geo Informatics/ Geospatial Technologies/Agriculture/Food Processing/IT or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute. OR M.E./M. Tech in Civil/ Mechanical/ Chemical/Electronics & Communications/ Instrumentation/ Geo Informatics/ Geospatial Technologies/Agriculture/Food Processing /IT or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute.
- Should have experience of 17 years for those holding PhD and 18 years for those who are holding Masters Degrees in Technology Application s in areas the of Geospatial Technologies / Communications / Bamboo / Agriculture/ Food Processing/ and allied areas
- Accounts Officer: Bachelor’s degree in commerce from a recognized university. AND 05 years’ experience in handling audit and accounts work. Should have basic knowledge of computer operations relating to Account’s work.
- Private Secretary: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University. AND Proficiency in stenography with a speed of 100 words per minute and typing with a speed of 40 words per minute.
- Personal Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University. AND Proficiency in stenography with a speed of 80 words per minute and typing with a speed of 30 words per minute.
Note for NECTAR Recruitment 2024
- Matters relating to the terms and other conditions of service of the Personal Assistant, with respect to which no express provisions have been made above, shall be governed by the Bye Laws of NECTAR.
- It would be mandatory to serve the deputation term and premature relieving would not be considered except in rare or exceptional circumstances.
- Cadre Controlling Authorities are requested that the applications of only those officers are forwarded who can be spared on being selected.

General Instructions for NECTAR Recruitment 2024
- All the posts are proposed to be filled up on Deputation (Including Short Term Contract) failing which by Direct Recruitment basis. Applicants should refer to the terms and conditions of applying to respective modes as per their suitability
- The priority on filling up the above posts will be on a Deputation (Including Short Term Contract) basis only.
- The posts which fail to be filled up through selection on Deputation (Including Short Term Contract) will be taken up on Direct Recruitment basis only.
- The candidates applying for Deputation (Including Short Term Contract) will not be considered for selection on a Direct Recruitment basis and vice versa.
- Relaxation is applicable to Departmental Candidates as per the provisions in the RRs and By-laws of NECTAR and as per the prevailing Rules and Regulations of Central Govt. of India.

- Applications of willing and eligible candidates typed on plain paper in the format given at Annexure-III A should be forwarded in duplicate by the Cadre Controlling Authorities by post to NECTAR, Survey of India Campus, Bonnie Brae Estate, Barik Point, Shillong – 793001, Meghalaya to reach this address by 07.10.2024.
- The last date of receipt of application from candidates in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu and Kashmir State, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Subdivision of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Island and Lakshadweep is 22.10.2024.
- The duly completed application should be accompanied by the following: Up-to-date copies of ACRs/APARs for the last five years duly attested on each page by a Group A Officer. N OC / Cadre clearance. Vigilance Clearance/Integrity Certificate.
