The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Advisor (Information Technology) on a deputation basis. Eligible candidates must be officers from the Central Government, Defence Forces, Central Police Organizations, Police, State Government, or Union Territories.
The candidate should either hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or have five years of service in level 9 (53,100 - 1,67,800) or equivalent, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or Telecommunications from a recognized university or institute, and five years of experience in handling Information Technology Networks.
Interested officers should submit their applications within 60 days from the date of publication in the employment news to the Under-Secretary (Admn.), NDMA, New Delhi. The terms of deputation will be governed by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt (Pay.II) dated 17/06/2010. Additionally, the maximum period of deputation, including any prior deputation in another ex-cadre post within the Central Government, shall not exceed five years.

Qualifications Details for NDMA Recruitment 2024
- Holding Analogous post on regular basis in the parent Cadre or department: or with Five years' service in the level 9 (53,100 - 1,67,800) in the pay matrix or equivalent, rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis, in the parent cadre or department; and possessing following educational qualification and experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electronics or Informational Technology or Telecommunications from a recognized university or institute or equivalent. Experience : Five years' experience in handling of Information Technology Networks.
Age Limit for NDMA Recruitment 2024
The NDMA is welcoming applications from qualified officers of the Central Government, Defence Forces, Central Police Organizations, Police, State Governments, or Union Territories to fill a single position of Assistant Advisor (Information Technology) on a deputation basis. Candidates should not exceed the maximum age limit of 56 years.
Pay Scale for NDMA Recruitment 2024
The NDMA seeks to fill one position of Assistant Advisor (Information Technology) on a deputation basis, at Pay Level 11 (Rs. 67,700-2,08,700) according to the 7th CPC. Eligible candidates must be officers from the Central Government, Defence Forces, Central Police Organizations, Police, State Government, or Union Territories.
