Roles and Responsibilities for NDDB Recruitment 2024

Technical assistance in (any or all of) the following laboratory procedures

• Immuno assays such as ELISA, ELISPOT
• Processing bovine clinical specimens for the detection and/or isolation of bacteria and viruses
• Molecular extractions (DNA, RNA, proteins)
• Molecular assays- PCR, real-time PCR
• Cell culture and cell based assays
• Nucleotide sequencing work: Sanger sequencing, Next generation sequencing
• Standardisation and validation of new methodologies/ assays
• Documentation and record keeping of quality management systems as per international standards (ISO 9001:2015 & ISO/IEC 17025:2017)
