Qualification for NDDB Recruitment 2024
Post-Graduation (M.Sc. /M. Tech.) in Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in laboratory techniques including bacterial culture, nucleic acid extraction, PCR, qPCR, ELISA, and cell culture
- Familiarity with biochemistry and ability to perform calculations for the preparation of buffers and reagents
- Excellent communication and writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Managerial Skills:
- Alignment with organisational goals, values, and requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Efficient planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned tasks
- Strong aptitude for learning and research
- Self-motivated, dedicated, and hardworking

- Molecular assays- PCR, real-time PCR
- Cell culture and cell based assays
- Nucleotide sequencing work: Sanger sequencing, Next generation sequencing
- Standardisation and validation of new methodologies/ assays
- Documentation and record keeping of quality management systems as per international standards (ISO 9001:2015 & ISO/IEC 17025:2017)
