- Prepare the following documents in advance: a scanned copy of a recent passport-sized photograph (3.5 x 4.5 cm) in .jpg/.jpeg format (up to 100 kb), and a scanned copy of your signature (on white paper with blue/black pen) in .jpg/.jpeg format (up to 100 kb).
- Upload self-attested copies of the following: 10th Certificate or Birth Certificate, Degree Certificate, Appointment letter, Joining Order, and latest salary slip, APARs for the last three years, Office Orders indicating promotions, Experience/Service Certificate/Relieving order from previous organizations, and last 3 months’ salary slips.
- Route your application through the Administrative Officer (HQ/Board) to NCRTC with No Objection, Vigilance/DAR clearance.
- Applications without the required certificates/documents will be rejected.
