Qualifications Details for NCRA Recruitment 2024

Technical Assistant:

• Full Time B.Sc. in Electronics from a recognized University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks. or
• Full time Diploma in Electronics Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with aggregate of 60% marks.
• Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications.

Scientific Assistant:

• Full time B.Sc (Computer Science/ Electronics/ DERE) with aggregate 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute OR
• Diploma in Computer Engineering with aggregate 60% marks from a recognized University/ Institute.
• Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications.
• Post requires shift duty.

Laboratory Assistant:

• Full Time H.S.C. with 60% (Central/State Board Examinations)
• Two-year experience in Laboratory OR
• National Trade Certificate (NTC) (aggregate of 60% marks) awarded by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) in electronics or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in electronics lab of a reputed organisation. OR
• National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) (aggregate of 60% marks) awarded by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) in electronics or equivalent.
• 1-year experience in electronics lab of a reputed organisation.

Tradesman:

• National Trade Certificate (NTC) (with aggregate of 60% marks) awarded by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) in electrical or equivalent discipline.
• Two years’ experience OR
• National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) (with aggregate of 60% marks) awarded by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) in electrical or equivalent trade. 1-year experience in relevant field.

Work Assistant:

• Passed S.S.C. OR Equivalent (Central/State Board Examinations)
• One-year experience in day to day Office works such as photocopy operation, Dispatch, Postal/bank work

Selection Process for NCRA Recruitment 2024

• All candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be invited to take the skill/trade test. Candidates who qualify in the skill test / trade test would be short-listed to appear for the written test and interview. We emphasize that short-listing of candidates does not mean that they would be selected for the post; the final selection will be based on the written test and the interview.
• Shortlisting of candidates who clear the Skill / Trade Test, and qualify for the Written Test and the interview. The list containing the application numbers of all such candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the institute and at the venue of the selection process.
• The final merit list, based on the main Written Test and the interview, will be displayed on the institute website. The list will contain the application numbers and the names of the candidates, in rank order, but will not include the marks. This will also mention the selected candidate(s), the wait-listed candidates (if any), or “No suitable candidate found.”, as the case may be.
