National Cooperative Organics Limited (NCOL), established as a multistate cooperative society with key promoters including National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), GCMMF (Amul), NAFED, NCDC, and NCCF, aims to catalyze the growth of the organic food sector under the vision of 'Sahakar se Samriddhi'. NCOL plans to introduce a line of staple products under the 'Bharat Organic' brand nationwide.
They are currently seeking a Deputy Manager for Quality Assurance & Certification based in Delhi, responsible for establishing and overseeing the quality assurance systems, managing compliance, developing regulatory guidelines, and leading organic certification activities across the value chain.
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or Food Technology with 3-8 years of relevant experience, preferably within the agricultural, FMCG, or retail sectors, with experience in cooperatives or Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO) being advantageous.
