National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) is recruiting for the position of Registrar, with one vacancy available in New Delhi. The salary for this position ranges from Rs. 1,44,200 to Rs. 2,18,200 per month as per the 7th Central Pay Commission. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation is 58 years.

Applicants must hold analogous posts in the Central Government, State Governments, Courts, or Tribunals, with essential educational qualifications in law and experience in personnel and administrative matters. The selected candidate will be required to serve at the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLT) in New Delhi.

Qualification for NCLT Recruitment 2024

• Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Courts or Tribunals or statutory organisations or State/Higher Judicial Service
• holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
• a post in level-13A in pay matrix of Seventh Central Pay Commission or equivalent with two years regular service in the grade; or
• a post in level-13 in pay matrix of Seventh Central Pay Commission or equivalent with three years regular service in the grade; and
• possessing the following essential educational qualification and experience
• degree in law from a recognized University; and experience in personnel and administrative matters the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed five years.
• For purposes of appointment on deputation basis, the service rendered on a regular basis by an officer prior to 01st January, 2016 or the date from which the revised pay structure based on the Seventh
• Central Pay Commission recommendations have been extended, and shall be deemed to be service rendered in the corresponding level in the Pay Matrix of the Seventh Central Pay Commission.

Age Limit for NCLT Recruitment 2024

• The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding fifty eight years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

• Documents required Application, Certificate by the Employer, Vigilance Clearance Certificate, Integrity Certificate, Details of minor/major penalties imposed during the last ten years and Records of suspension etc. during the last ten years (This shall be furnished even if the suspension had been revoked with/without imposition of penalty).
• Attested photocopies of the APARs/ACRs for the last five years.
