NCERT Recruitment 2024 Notification Out Junior Project Fellow Vacancies , Check Eligibility at ncert.nic.in
The National Population Education Project (NPEP) under the Department of Education in Social Sciences (DESS), a constituent unit of NCERT, plans to fill temporary project staff positions for organising the National Yoga Olympiad 2024.
The position of Junior Project Fellow (JPF) requires a Master's degree in Health, Physical Education, Yoga, Sports, or Social Science with a minimum of 55% marks. Desirable qualifications include M. Phil / Ph.D. in relevant areas or BPEd / MPEd.
The submission of applications through email is required by April 30, 2024. Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview on May 3, 2024. Eligible candidates are advised to apply via email and attend the interview with their relevant documents and biodata.

Qualification for NCERT Recruitment 2024
- Master Degree in Health and Physical Education / Physical Education / Yoga / Sports / Social Science with minimum 55% marks or equivalent (50% for OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/PH).
- M. Phil / Ph.D. in relevant areas.
- BPEd / MPEd.
- NET in relevant subject area.
- Academic experience in relevant areas.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge and experience of computer and internet based meeting applications, Social media.
Salary for NCERT Recruitment 2024
- The salary for NCERT Recruitment 2024 is Rs. 25,000 per month for NET qualified candidates, which is consolidated and fixed.
- For non-NET candidates, the salary is Rs. 23,000 per month, also consolidated and fixed.
Age Limit for NCERT Recruitment 2024
- For the position of Junior Project Fellow, the age limit is 40 years.
- However, there is a relaxation of 5 years for candidates belonging to the SC/ST and Female categories, and 3 years for candidates belonging to the OBC category.
