Qualifications Details for Nainital Bank Recruitment 2024
Probationary Officer:
- Candidate should have passed Graduation/ Post Graduation with minimum 50% of marks in Graduation/ Post Graduation Examination in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification Recognized as such by the Central Government.
- Candidate having 1-2 years’ experience in banking/ financial/ institutions/ NBFCs will be given preference.
IT-Officer:
- Graduate in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Cyber Security/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks.
- Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications with minimum 60% marks.
- Work Experience in Bank, FI’s & FI related projects..
Manager-IT Officer:
- 4-year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation.
- Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks.
- Work Experience in Bank, FI’s & FI related projects. Preference shall be given to the candidates with work Knowledge and certification in Comp TIA CySA+ (Cyber Security Analyst), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Diploma in Cyber Security/Cyber Forensics.
Chartered Accountant:
- The candidate should be Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA)/ Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI).
- Minimum -2- years’ Post Professional Qualification Experience of working as CA in the units of Bank’s, NBFC & FI’s. Candidates having JAIIB/CAIIB certifications will be given preference.
Age Limit for Nainital Bank Recruitment 2024
- Probationary Officer (PO) in Officers Grade/Scale-I, candidates must be between 21 and 32 years old as of July 31, 2024.
- The IT-Officer (Cyber Security) in Officers Grade/Scale-I also requires candidates to be between 21 and 32 years old.
- Manager-IT (Cyber Security) in Officers Grade/Scale-II, the age range is between 25 and 35 years.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) in Officers Grade/Scale-II requires candidates to be between 25 and 40 years old.
Pay Scale for Nainital Bank Recruitment 2024
- Probationary Officer (PO) and IT-Officer (Cyber Security), the pay scale is Grade/Scale-I, ranging from Rs. 48,480 to Rs. 85,920, with increments of Rs. 2,000 for the first seven years, followed by Rs. 2,340 for two years, and then Rs. 2,680 for the next seven years. Additionally, dearness allowance and other applicable allowances are provided.
- Manager-IT (Cyber Security) and Chartered Accountant (CA), the pay scale is Grade/Scale-II, starting at Rs. 64,820 and progressing to Rs. 93,960, with increments of Rs. 2,340 for the first year, Rs. 2,680 for the following ten years. As with the other posts, dearness allowance and other applicable allowances are also provided.
