The Nainital Bank is seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer at its Head Office in Nainital. These roles are on a contractual basis initially for 3 years, extendable up to 2 years, with the Bank having the option to terminate the contract with one month's notice or compensation.
Applicants must be below 60 years of age as of 30th June 2024. The required qualifications include being a graduate with at least 50% marks or equivalent, and a Chartered Accountant qualification. Additional desirable qualifications include CFA, MBA (Finance), or certifications in Financial Risk Management.

Qualifications Details for Nainital Bank Recruitment 2024
- The Candidate must be a Graduate or having equivalent degree from a reputed Govt. recognized University
- A candidate must have minimum 50% of marks in Graduation or Post Graduation examination.
- He/she should be a qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Additional Degrees viz. CFA / MBA (Finance)/Certificate in Financial Risk Management from internationally acclaimed University/Associations.
- Professional certification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk professionals. OR Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute. OR Three years’ experience as CRO in such regulated lender(s) in respect of which there is regulatory requirement of appointing CRO with Board approval.
Age Limit for Nainital Bank Recruitment 2024
The Nainital Bank invites applications for the position of Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer at its Head Office in Nainital. The appointment will be on a contractual basis for an initial period of 3 years, extendable by up to 2 years. Pay Scale for Nainital Bank Recruitment 2024
Salary and allowances will be as per applicable Cadre equivalent to Nainital Bank (AVP/VP) i.e Officers Scale-IV/V of the IBA Pay scale as the case may be The contract will be subject to satisfactory completion of all Preemployment formalities including Medical examination, Reference checks, Police Verification and verification of testimonials etc., as prescribed by the Bank
Selection Process for Nainital Bank Recruitment 2024
