NAeL is inviting applications for the position of Senior Security Officer and other roles, with a total of six posts available. The job location is Prayagraj, and the age limit for applicants is between 35-37 years, with provisions for retired or resigned Armed Forces or Central Forces personnel up to 50 years old.
Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering/Technology (Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent with at least 60% marks, or a Bachelor's degree with a PG degree/PG diploma/MBA/MSW/MA specializing in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Development, among others. A degree in Law or qualifications in Cost & Works Accounting (CWA)/Cost Management Accounting (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountant of India will be an added advantage. Selected candidates will receive a consolidated compensation ranging from Rs. 5.35 lakh to Rs. 6.70 lakh per annum.
A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500 is required, except for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, payable via Demand Draft or online payment. The selection process includes shortlisting candidates based on their application forms, followed by personal interviews at NAeL, Naini, Prayagraj. Qualifications Details for NAeL Recruitment 2024
- Degree in Engineering/ Technology (Mechanical/ Production/ Electrical/ Electronics ) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in Qualifying examination
- Bachelor's Degree with PG Degree / PG Diploma / MBA /MSW/ MA with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development / etc., from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities.
- Minimum 60% of marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
- Cost & Works Accounts (CWA)/Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountant of India
Age Limit for NAeL Recruitment 2024
Candidates aged 35-37 years are eligible to apply. Those with requisite qualifications from the Armed Forces or Central Forces (such as CRPF, CISF, BSF, etc.) who have retired or resigned can also apply, provided they are not older than 50 years on the last date for receipt of applications. Pay Scale for NAeL Recruitment 2024
Selected candidates, on their engagement, may get an all-inclusive consolidated compensation of Rs. 5.35 Lakh and Rs.6.70 Lakh per annum approx. (including employer contribution to PF) in the level of Project Engineer (Production) GR. – I/Jr. HR Officer/Jr. Finance Officer and Sr. Security Officer respectively.

All candidates (except SC/ST/PwBD) are required to pay a Non-Refundable Processing Fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only). Processing Fee has to be paid through Demand Draft in favour of “Naini Aerospace Limited” payable at SBI SME Branch, Naini, Prayagraj or through Online payment into Account No. 36509020116, IFSC Code: SBIN0000139. The Original Demand Draft/ Online payment proof to be attached with the Application Form. No application will be entertained in absence of the aforesaid Demand Draft/ Proof of Online Payment. Processing fee once received through DD/ Online mode by NAeL will not be refunded under any circumstances
Selection Process for NAeL Recruitment 2024
- Eligible candidates short-listed, based on the initial screening of their Application Forms and credentials etc., only will be called for personal interview.
- Interviews for the shortlisted candidates will be conducted at NAeL, Naini, Prayagraj for which call letters will be sent on the individual’s email ID.
- Candidates called for interview will be reimbursed to and fro Third AC train fare from the Mailing/ Present address or the starting station, whichever is nearer to the place of Interview by the shortest route, on production of proof of journey.
