NABFINS Recruitment 2024 Notification Out Branch Head, CSE, CSO, Check Eligibility at nabfins.org
NABFINS has issued a recruitment notification for various positions including Branch Head, Customer Service Executive (CSE), and Customer Service Officer (CSO) in Tamil Nadu and Bihar. The Branch Head will be responsible for business development, operations management, and staff training, reporting to the Cluster Head and Regional Manager.
CSEs should be graduates with at least 2 years of experience in Microfinance Institutions (MFI), while CSOs should have completed PUC/10+2. CSOs can be freshers.

Branch Head - Tamil Nadu
- The Branch Head would be responsible for business development, operations management, training, staff management for his branch
- He would be reporting to the Cluster Head and Regional Manager and would have a team of CSE's and CSO's and MIS-officer reporting to him.
- In addition to this, he will also be responsible for providing compliance towards audit observations in his branch.
Customer Service Executive (CSE) - Tamil Nadu

Experience: Min. 2 years of exp. in MFI
Customer Service Officer (CSO) - Tamil Nadu
- Qualification: Minimum qualification – PUC/10+2 completed.
- Experience: Fresher’s are eligible to apply
