Pay Scale for NaBFID Recruitment 2024

Remuneration will be offered based on qualification, experience, suitability, last drawn salary and market benchmark and shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidates. Remuneration will also include variable pay (performance bonus) of upto 20% on fixed compensation and may be paid on the basis of performance, as decided by the Bank from time to time.

Age Limit for NaBFID Recruitment 2024

The age limit criteria for NaBFID Senior Analyst Recruitment 2024 should be a minimum of 21 years, and the maximum age required should be 40 years.

Application Fee for NaBFID Recruitment 2024

• Application fees and intimation charges (Non-refundable) are ₹ 800/- plus applicable taxes for General/ EWS/ OBCcandidates and ₹ 100/-plus applicable taxes (Only Intimation charges) for SC / ST / PwBD candidates.
• Applicants are requested to ensure their eligibility before applying for any position. Fees once paid will not be refunded in case the applicant is not found to be eligible for the said position.

Selection Procedure for NaBFID Recruitment 2024

• The Selection Process will be based on Shortlisting -cum-Interview. However, if large number of applications are received for any stream, Bank may decide to conduct online exam.
• In such case, if the bank decides to conduct the Online Exam, the selection process shall stand changed to Online exam and Personal Interview. The corrigendum for details of the exam etc. will be updated on the bank’s website and eligible candidates will be informed by email/ SMS.

NaBFID Recruitment 2024 Last Date to Apply Online at nabfid.org

• Interested candidates must fill in the Online Application Form latest by 24-12-2024 at https://nabfid.org/careers.
• The link to the online Application Form will be available on the Bank’s website under ‘Careers’ section. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
• Online Registration of Application: Start Date: 02-12-2024 End Date: 24-12-2024
• Interviews can be held in (Tentative) January 2025
• Cut-off date for Eligibility Criteria i.e. Age, Educational Qualification etc: 01.10.2024
• The process of Registration of Application will be complete only when application fee is deposited with the Bank through On-line mode on or before the last date 24-12-2024 for payment of application fee
• Before applying, candidates are requested to ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria for the position applied for as on date of Eligibility
• Candidates are required to upload all required documents (Brief resume, ID proof, age proof, educational qualification, experience, caste certificate etc.) failing which their candidature will not be considered for shortlisting/ interview.
• Candidates are advised to regularly check the Bank’s website https://nabfid.org/careers for details and latest updates. The call letter for online examination, ‘Information Handout’ etc. should be downloaded from the Banks website. Any other communication, where required, will be sent by email only. (No hard copy will be sent)
