Age Limit for NaBFID Recruitment 2024
Candidates must be between 21 and 32 years of age, born no earlier than June 2, 1992, and no later than June 1, 2003 (both dates inclusive). Relaxation in the upper age limit is provided as follows: Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates receive a relaxation of 5 years, Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates receive a relaxation of 3 years, and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) receive the following relaxations: PwBD (SC/ST) - 15 years, PwBD (OBC) - 13 years, and PwBD (GEN/EWS) - 10 years.
Additionally, Ex-Servicemen and Commissioned Officers (including Emergency Commissioned Officers and Short Service Commissioned Officers) who have rendered 5 years of military service and have been released upon completion of their assignment (including those due to complete their assignment within 6 months from the last date of receipt of application), not due to dismissal, discharge for misconduct or inefficiency, or physical disability attributable to military service or invalidment, are eligible for age relaxation as per Government guidelines.
Application Fee for NaBFID Recruitment 2024
Application fees and intimation charges (Non-refundable) are ₹ 800/- plus applicable taxes for General/ EWS/ OBCcandidates and ₹ 100/-plus applicable taxes (Only Intimation charges) for SC / ST / PwBD candidates. Applicants are requested to ensure their eligibility before applying for any position. Fees once paid will not be refunded in case the applicant is not found to be eligible for the said position
Selection Process for NaBFID Recruitment 2024
- The Selection Process will comprise of Online Exam and Personal Interview
- The final list for interviews will be drawn based on the candidate’s qualifying in written test and numbering 5 to 15 times (approx.) of the respective category vacancies as per the cut-off decided by the bank at a later stage.
- The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates)
- Final list shall be drawn based on overall performance of the candidate in Online examination and interviews. The marks obtained in Online examination out of [100 with 70% weightage] and Interview [Out of 100 with 30% weightage] shall form the basis for final selection. The final selection or offer of employment would be made based on marks obtained in the Selection Processes, being found medically fit and subject to fulfillment of all other eligibility criteria as stipulated in the advertisement.
