Maharashtra University Of Health Sciences, Nashik (MUHS) has announced vacancies for the positions of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor, totaling 8 vacancies, located in Nandurbar. The last date for applications is 14th April 2024.
The qualifications required for these positions include a Bachelor Degree in Unani from a recognized university, a post-graduate qualification in Unani in the concerned subject or specialty, and a valid registration with the concerned State Board or Council.
The pay scale for these positions will be as per the rules and regulations of the university. Qualified teachers above the age of 64 years will also be considered for appointment for one year. For the post of Assistant Professor, no teaching experience is required, but the age should not exceed forty-five years at the time of first appointment.

Position, Vacancy for MUHS Recruitment 2024

Qualification for MUHS Recruitment 2024
I) a Bachelor Degree in Unani from a University or its equivalent as recognised by the Central Council of Indian Medicine or National Commission for Indian System of Medicine under the Act ; and
ii) a Post - graduate qualification in Unani in the concerned subject or specialty from a university recognised by Central Council of Indian Medicine or National Commission for Indian System of Medicine under the Act ;
iii) a valid registration with the concerned State Board or Council where he is employed or a valid Central or National Registration Certificate issued by Central Council of Indian Medicine or National Commission for Indian System of Medicine; (“ This is not applicable for teachers of non- medical qualifications”.)
iv) For Urdu/ Arabic teacher (regular), the candidate should be a post- graduate in Arabic or equivalent qualification from a recognised university and a candidate with Bachlor of Unani Medicine and Surgery qualification at under-graduate level and post-graduate degree in Arabic shall be given priority.

Age Limit for MUHS Recruitment 2024
