MRVC Recruitment 2024 Qualifications Details

Deputy General Manager:

• BE/B.Tech (Civil/Electrical/Electronics) with not less than 70% marks & Post Graduation in any engineering stream from recognized (AICTE) University.
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification working experience in safety management of construction project site.

Senior Manager:

• BE/B.Tech (Civil/Electrical/Electronics) with not less than 70% marks from recognized (AICTE) University and minimum 8 years of post-qualification working experience in safety management of construction project site.
• Candidates having Post Graduation in engineering will have added advantage.
• Diploma/P Diploma in Safety Management & OR Worked for Railway construction projects

MRVC Recruitment 2024 Pay Scale

• DGM(Safety)/Rs.1,72,655/- p.m.
• Sr.Manager (Safety)/1,52,361/- p.m.
• The Fixed Gross emoluments consist the following : Basic + DA + House Rent Allowance + mobile phone usage + Provident Fund (employer's share) etc. There will be hike in salary after first year of completion with satisfactory performance certified by controlling HOD, and similarly after 2 years of service.

Selection Process for MRVC Recruitment 2024

• After preliminary screening of the applications received from candidates by mail, the eligible candidate(s) will only be called for document verification and interaction.
• In case of more number of eligible applications received, then candidates equal to 05 times the notified vacancies will only be called for document verification and interaction based on their experience.
• The candidate will be interviewed by a nominated Committee and the selection will be finalized on merit based on the performance in the interview, qualification and post qualification experience gained by the Candidate.
• The decision of the Nominated Committee of MRVC shall be final and binding.
• The other broad terms of contract are given below for information of the candidate which are subject to changes at the time of actually entering into the contract, at the discretion of MRVC, which may please be noted.
• The period of contract will be initially for a period of three years, extendable further on yearly basis on satisfactory performance and mutual consent.
• Panel of standby candidates over and above requirement will be maintained as per merit as decided by MRVC.
• Such candidates may be engaged as per requirements of MRVC projects within the validity of panel.
• Posts notified are not regular establishment posts.
• The candidate selected for the above contractual agreement shall not be absorbed in MRVC regular service.
• The candidate therefore shall not have right to claim for permanent absorption in MRVC and shall be required to give an undertaking in writing to MRVC to that effect.
