Position and Vacancy for MPSC Recruitment 2024

Qualification for MPSC Recruitment 2024

• Are Ex-servicemen and who have held the post not lower than the Brigadier in the Indian Army or an equivalent post in Indian Navy or in Indian Air Force;
• Provided that, if Ex-serviceman of the requisite rank is not available, then an Ex-servicemen who has held the post not below the rank of Colonel in Indian Army or equivalent post in Indian Navy or in Indian Air Force may also be considered.
• Possess a degree in Law of a statutory University; AND
• Possess experience of working as an Advocate in the High Court or in a Court subordinate thereto, for a period of not less than five years;
• Possess a degree in Law of a statutory University; Possess experience of working as an Advocate in the High Court or in a Court subordinate thereto, for a period of not less than ten years;
• Who are holding or have held the post of Law Officer, for a period not less than five years
• Possess a Post-Graduate Degree in Physics with a Post Graduate Diploma in Radiological or Medical Physics or a basic Degree in Science with Physics as one of the main subjects with a Post Graduate Degree in Radiological or Medical Physics.
• Possess a certificate of Radiation Safety Officer from Atomic Energy Regulatory Board or Bhabha Atomic Research Center.
• The qualification mentioned in the Schedule shall be the qualification mentioned in the Schedule to the Central Act.
• A post-graduate qualification and experienced mentioned in the Schedule shall stand amended in accordance with the recognition or de-recognition, as the case may be, of such post-graduate qualification and experience by the Medical Council of India / National Medical Commission, from time to time.
• A person appointed to the post of the Associate professor shall be required to get registered his name in the registere maintained under the Maharashtra Medical Council Act, 1965 (Mah. XLVI of 1965) or in the register maintained under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Central II of 1956), before joining the appointment, unless he has already been so registered and his name is borne on the Indian Medical Register.
