Qualifications Details for MPERC Recruitment 2024
- The qualifications for the post of Chairperson of the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (MPERC) are outlined as follows:
- The candidate must be a person of ability, integrity, and standing with adequate knowledge and experience in dealing with problems related to engineering, finance, commerce, economics, law, or management, as per Sub-section (1) of Section 84 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
Pay Scale for MPERC Recruitment 2024
The salary for the Chairperson of the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (MPERC).
- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹2,25,000/- per month.
- Allowances: Other allowances will be provided as per Section 89 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Salary, Allowance and other Service Conditions of the Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2000 (as amended).
- Service Conditions: Terms and conditions of service will be governed by the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the aforementioned rules.
