• Full time Bachelor of Engineering/technology in Electrical / Mechanical degree from recognized and reputed university.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety from Central Labour Institute (CLI) or Regional Labour Institute (RLI)
• Full time Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Electrical & Electronics or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from recognized and reputed university.
• Full time degree in Mass Media/Journalism/ Mass communication from a reputed University/ Institute or its equivalent. Full time B.Sc. (PCM)
• Full time 04 year BE (Fire) degree of National Fire Service College of Nagpur or equivalent from a government recognized university.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety from Central Labour Institute (CLI) or Regional Labour Institute (RLI).
• Full time Degree/ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from Recognized institute / university / college
• Full time Graduate in any discipline with 02 years full time Post Graduate Degree in PMIR / IRPM / LSW/ MSW/ HRM from recognized and reputed university.

Pay Scale for MMRCL Recruitment 2024

• Assistant General Manager: Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000/- (E4)
• Assistant Manager: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- (E2)
• Deputy Engineer: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- (E2)
• Jr. Engineer -II: Rs. 35,280 – 67,920/- (W6)
• Fire Inspector: Rs. 35,280 – 67,920/- (W6)
• Sr. Assistant (HR): Rs. 34,020 – 64,310/- (W5)
