Qualifications Details for MIL Recruitment 2024
- A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a statutory University
- A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution empowered to grant such Degree by an Act of Parliament.
- Graduate Examination of Professional Bodies recognized by Central Government as equivalent to a degree.
- Candidates who have completed Graduate(Engg.) through regular(full time) mode are only eligible for apprenticeship training
- A Diploma in engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University.
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institute recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent
- Candidates who have completed Diploma through regular(full time) mode are only eligible for apprenticeship training
- A Degree granted by a statutory University OR an Institution empowered to grant such Degree by an Act of Parliament OR Graduate Examination of Professional Bodies recognized by Central Government as equivalent to a degree in relevant field.
Age Limit for MIL Recruitment 2024
To undergo Apprenticeship Training, the minimum age limit is 14 years and there is no upper age limit. However, the candidates between the age of 14-18 years are not eligible to sign the Contracts, being the minor. Their Contracts are required to be signed by their Guardians
Pay Scale for MIL Recruitment 2024
MIL is offering apprenticeship positions with a total of 49 posts available. The categories include Graduate Apprentices and Technician Apprentices. Graduate Apprentices, including those from the general stream, will undergo a training period of one year and receive a stipend of Rs. 9,000 per month. Technician Apprentices will receive a stipend of Rs. 8,000 per month for their training.

The Selection will be based on the merit list prepared on marks obtained by Graduate/Technician in the Final Year (i.e. aggregate of all years) Examination and Document Verification followed by Medical Examination and Police Verification Report

- The interested candidates, fulfilling the eligibility criteria may fill-up application form and send it to “The Chief General Manager, Ordnance Factory Bhandara( Unit of Munitions India Ltd.)- 441906(MS)” along with the self-attested copies of required documents by post superscripting the envelope with Application for Graduate/Technician/General Stream Graduate Apprenticeship Training in O.F. Bhandara”
- Applications received in Ordnance Factory Bhandara(Unit of MIL) after 13th July 2024 for any reason what so ever it may be including delay by Post Office, will not be entertained.
- The Closing Date for submission of the Applications to the Factory shall be 13th July 2024.
