The Medical & Health Services Recruitment Board (MHSRB) is inviting applications for Pharmacists Grade-II positions, with a total of 633 vacancies available. Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 46 years as of July 1, 2024, and should possess qualifications such as D.Pharmacy, B.Pharmacy, or Pharm.D, along with registration with the Telangana Pharmacy Council. The application process requires payment of a Rs. 500 examination fee and a Rs. 200 application fee, although certain categories are exempt from the application fee.

The selection process will consist of a Computer-Based Test scheduled for November 30, 2024, comprising 80 multiple choice questions. Key dates include the online application period from October 5 to October 21, 2024, with an application editing window available from October 23 to October 24, 2024. Candidates are advised to complete their applications carefully and ensure all information is accurate, as incomplete or incorrect forms will be rejected. Qualification for MHSRB Recruitment 2024

• Must possess any one of the following qualifications as on the date of notification: D.Pharmacy
• B.Pharmacy
• Pharm.D
• Must be registered with Telangana Pharmacy Council. (However, applicants can register their certificates with Telangana Pharmacy Council as on date of their application and should upload this certificate online).
• At the time of verification of certificates, if it is noticed that any applicant who possesses a qualification other than requisite qualification and claims that said qualification is equivalent to the requisite qualification, the matter shall be referred to an ‘Expert Committee’ constituted by the Board and the Board will take a decision based on the report of the ‘Expert Committee’.

Age Limit for MHSRB Recruitment 2024

• The applicants should possess a minimum age of 18 years and cannot exceed maximum age of 46 years.
• The age is reckoned as on 01/07/2024 (Rule-12(1)(a)(v) of State and Subordinate Service Rules).
• (Upper age limit of 46 years is considered as per G.O.Ms.No.30, General Administration(Ser.A) Dept., Dt:08/02/2024).

Fees for MHSRB Recruitment 2024

• Online Examination Fee: Each applicant must pay Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) towards examination fees. There is no fee exemption under this category.
• Application Fee: The applicant must pay Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) towards application fee. However, the following categories of applicants are exempted from payment of application fee.
• SC, ST, BC, EWS, PH & Ex-servicemen of Telangana State
• Unemployed applicants in the age group of 18 to 46 years of Telangana State.
• Applicants belonging to other states are not exempted from payment of Fee

Selection Process for MHSRB Recruitment 2024

• The examination will be Computer Based Test and will have 80 multiple choice questions and each question carry one mark.
• The Computer Based Test will be held on 30.11.2024
• If the Computer Based Test is held in more than one session, then normalisation of the scores will be carried out. If the Computer Based Test is held in one session only, then there will be no normalization of scores.
• The Key of the examination will be released and objections, if any, will be called for from the applicants online only. Any objections received otherwise will not be entertained. After examination of the objections by committee of experts, the key will be finalized.
• The marks for the deleted questions, if any, will be awarded to each candidate proportionately and the marks would be considered up to 3 (three) decimal figures, to determine the merit of the candidate. Objections on final key will not be entertained.
• The question paper is set in English only.

• The application has to be made online on MHSRB website.
• The applicants should upload all required certificates (original certificates haveto be produced for verification at the time of scrutiny before finalizing the selection list).
• Applications once submitted online shall be final.
• Upon submission of online form, Reference ID Number will be generated. The same may be used for any future reference.
• Applicant must compulsorily fill-up all relevant columns of the application form carefully. The applicant alone shall be responsible for information provided bythem and decisions taken by Board based on the same.
• Incomplete / incorrect application form will be rejected. The information if any furnished by the applicant subsequently in any form will not be entertained bythe Board under any circumstances.
• The applicant should not furnish any particulars that are false, tampered, fabricated, or suppress any material information while submitting online application. The applicant shall be liable for criminal action in such cases.
