MHA Recruitment 2024 Notification Out for 43 Assistant Communication Officer, Assistant, Check Eligibility at mha.gov.in
The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has released a notification for the recruitment of 43 Assistant Communication Officers and Assistants in New Delhi. The vacancies are for the Directorate of Coordination Police Wireless (DCPW) and will be filled on a deputation/absorption basis. For the position of Assistant Communication Officer (Cy), candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mathematics with one year of experience in relevant fields.
For Assistant Communication Officer and Assistant positions, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Information Technology, or Computer Science. The maximum age limit for all positions is 56 years on the closing date of the application. The selection process varies for each position and includes deputation, absorption, and reemployment for Ex-Servicemen.
Interested candidates must submit their applications in duplicate along with complete APAR dossiers to the Joint Director (Admn.), DCPW, New Delhi, within 60 days from the date of issue of the circular or from the date of publication in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar, whichever is later. Applications received after the deadline or found incomplete will not be considered. It is also required to verify and certify the correctness of the information provided by the candidates and ensure their integrity.

Qualification for MHA Recruitment 2024
Assistant Communication Officer (Cy):
- Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science (Engineering) in Computer Science from a recognised University or Institute'. or
- Bachelor Degree with Mathematics as a subject from a recognised University and having English as a subject at 12th Standard with one year mandatory working experience in any Central Government or State Government or Union territory or public sector undertaking organisation in the field of cryptography or operational research or algorithm development. and For Ex-Servicemen
Assistant Communication Officer:
- Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science (Engineering) degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication or Information Technology or Computer Science or Information and Communication Technology from a recognised University or Institute.
- Bachelor's Degree in science with Electronics or Electronics and Communication or Computer Science or Information Technology or Physics as one of the subjects from a recognised University or Institute with one year experience in Radio Communication or
- Computer Communication or Satellite Communication or Cyber Security of any Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Public Sector Undertaking organisation
Assistant:
- Possessing the following qualifications and experience: (i) Bachelor Degree in Science with Electronics or Electronics and Communication or Physics as one of the subjects from a recognised University or Institute.
- Desirable: Two years experience in administration or establishment work

Age Limit for MHA Recruitment 2024
- Assistant Communication Officer (Cy): The applicant should not be more than 56 years of age on the closing date of the application. The period of deputation ordinarily will not exceed three years.

- While forwarding the applications, it may also be verified and certified that the particulars furnished by the officers are correct and no disciplinary case is either pending or contemplated against him/her.
- The integrity of the officer may also be certified.
