MEA Recruitment 2024 Notification Out Consultant Vacancies , Check Eligibility at mea.gov.in

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) is seeking applications for the position of Consultant in its G20 Division, based in New Delhi. This engagement is initially for one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual agreement.

Consultants will support India's participation in G20 meetings by conducting research, preparing documents, and assisting in negotiation processes. Eligible candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher in relevant fields, be proficient in English, and have one year of experience as a Research/Consultant.

Qualification for MEA Recruitment 2024

• The Applicant should be an Indian national. Applicant should have a Master’s Degree or higher in Economics/ International Relations/ Political Science/ Development Economics or any other subject
• One year experience as a Research/ Consultant in a relevant field.
• Candidates need to be computer savvy/ proficient in MS Office.
• Work experience in related fields.
• Problem solver and proficiency in English

Salary for MEA Recruitment 2024

• The remuneration package will be commensurate with the experience and profile of the selected candidate, subject to a maximum of Rs.10 lakh per annum and deduction of applicable taxes.
• The amount of consultancy fee so fixed shall remain unchanged during the term of engagement.

• Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Recruitment 2024 is offering positions for Consultants.
• The place of posting for Consultants will be in New Delhi.

Age Limit for MEA Recruitment 2024

• Candidates should be of the age up to 35 years as on the last date of submission of application and should be in good health.
• Relaxation in age criteria could be considered for deserving candidates.

Selection Procedure for MEA Recruitment 2024

• The shortlisted candidates will be intimated by email.
• The date, time and venue of the interview will be conveyed through email at the email address provided by the applicants.
• Applicants will have to make their own arrangements to reach the place of interview.
• No TA/DA will be payable by the Ministry to Applicants for attending the interview.
• The final selection will be based on their performance at the interview.
• The decision of the Government regarding selection of candidate will be final

MEA Recruitment 2024 Last Date to Apply Offline at mea.gov.in

• The last date for receiving applications is 09th May, 2024 (1730 hrs).
• Applications received after the closing date or without the prescribed documents or otherwise found incomplete or not in the prescribed proforma will be rejected and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
• The applicants who fulfil the eligibility criteria may submit application indicating their interest in working for the Ministry of External Affairs
• Documents / certificates in support of educational qualifications, experience in Govt. service should be attached with the application.
