Rail Infrastructure Development Company (Karnataka) Limited (KRIDE) has released a notification for the recruitment of one Company Secretary. The selected candidate will receive a consolidated pay of Rs. 1,47,250/- along with additional benefits such as Medical, Personal Accident insurance, CUG mobile, and Conveyance.
Applicants must be members of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in Secretarial Practice. Knowledge of Companies Act & Company Law procedures is essential, along with proficiency in documentation for Board/ Audit/ Subcommittee Meetings and statutory filings. Desirable qualifications include knowledge of Law and Finance, familiarity with relevant software, and proficiency in Kannada.
The maximum age limit is 55 years as of March 1, 2024, with relaxation for deserving and experienced candidates. Qualification for KRIDE Recruitment 2024
- Education Qualification: Candidates applying should have membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
- Work Experience(Contract Basis): Work experience of minimum 13 years relevant experience in Secretarial Practice. Weightage will be given to candidates with experience in Government companies/ Metros/ Railways/ Private recognized organisations etc.
- Duties & Responsibilities: The candidate should possess sound knowledge of Companies Act & Company Law procedures and should be proficient in documentation in connection with Board/ Audit/ Subcommittee Meetings, preparation of Annual Report, statutory filing etc., under the provisions of Companies Act.
- Desirable Experience: i) Knowledge of Law and Finance ii) Familiarity with relevant software and applications iII) Knowledge of Kannada is Essential
Pay Scale for KRIDE Recruitment 2024
The selected candidate shall be eligible for consolidated pay of Rs.147250/- (E4 grade) in addition with Medical, Personal Accident insurance, CUG mobile and Conveyance will be extended as per rules of the Company
Age Limit for KRIDE Recruitment 2024
For KRIDE Recruitment 2024, the maximum age limit is set at 55 years as of March 1, 2024. However, there may be relaxation in the age limit for deserving and experienced candidates.
