- Junior Engineer: Diploma in Civil /Environment / PHE(Public Health Engineering)/ Electrical Engineering
- Water suppliers: SSLC or its equivalent examination and ITI two years course certificate in Electrical or Fitter Trade And one year apprenticeship training
- Subsidiary water supplier: SSLC or its equivalent examination and two years course in Electrical or Fitter trade
- Junior Health Inspector: SSLC or equivalent examination and three years Diploma course in Sanitary Health Inspector/ Health Inspector OR PUC or equivalent examination and two years Diploma course in Sanitary Health Inspector/Health Inspector OR SSLC or equivalent examinations and passed the course in Sanitary Inspector Diploma
- Assistant Librarian: Diploma in Library Science
