Karimganj District Judiciary announces recruitment for Lower Division Assistant positions, offering a salary scale of Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 70,000. Applicants must be Indian citizens with basic computer knowledge and should be registered in the Employment Exchange.

Qualification for Karimganj District Judiciary Recruitment 2024
- Candidates must have basic computer knowledge.
- Candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in the Constitution of India.
- Candidates must have registered their names in the Employment Exchange alongwith upto date qualification and the Registration number along with date must be mentioned in their applications
Salary for Karimganj District Judiciary Recruitment 2024
- The scale of pay for the Deputy Manager (Petroleum Research Management) position at GERMI is within the pay band of Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 70,000, with an additional grade pay of Rs. 6200.
Age Limit for Karimganj District Judiciary Recruitment 2024
- Candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and more than 40 years of age (as on 01.01.20224).
- Upper age relaxation up to 05 years for S.C/S.T(P)/S.T(H) candidates and up to 03 years for OBC/MOBC candidates;

- No individual Call letters/Admit Cards shall be sent to the eligible candidates.
- List of Eligible candidates to be called for written test and viva-voce will be uploaded in the official website of Karimganj District Judiciary (https://karimganj.dcourts.gov.in) and candidates will have to download the same from the official website.
- The list of rejected candidates will also be uploaded in the official website.
- No person who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living or who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the aforementioned posts.
- Candidates qualified for Viva-Voce shall have to submit a Declaration in Form-"A" under Rule 5 (1) of the Assam Public Services (Application of Small Family Norms in Direct Recruitment) Rules, 2019.
- All information regarding list of eligible/rejected candidates, date of written test/viva-voce etc., will be intimidated in the official website and Notice Board of the office of the District Legal Services Authority, Karimganj, only.
- Candidates are advised to check the official website https://karimganj.dcourts.gov.in and the Notice Board of the office of the District Legal Services Authority, Karimganj, regularly.
- No TA//DA will be admissible to the candidates for appearing in the written miltest/viva-voce, etc.
- Place, date and time of the written test/viva-voce will be uploaded in the official i website of Karimganj District Judiciary
- Duly filled up application should be addressed to the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Karimganj.
- Application received late or received via e-mail or without proper supporting documents or unsigned or incomplete/defective applications will be summarily rejected, without any further intimation.
- Canvassing directly or indirectly or in any form will disqualify the candidature of the candidate.
- The Selection Board reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify the advertisement or any other terms and conditions of the advertisement without any prior notice.
- Duly filled up applications are to be dropped in the Drop Box kept in front of the Office of the District Legal Services Authority, Karimganj.
Selection Procedure for Karimganj District Judiciary Recruitment 2024
- Eligible candidates for the post of L.D. Asstt. shall have to appear first in the Written Test of 100 marks, comprising General English, Aptitude, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Drafting., Computer Knowledge etc. of descriptive & objective type. Written test will be followed by Viva-Voce.
- A candidate must have to secure at least 40% marks in the Written Test to qualify for Viva-Voce.
- Successful candidates in the written test will have to appear for Viva-Voce. The date, time and venue of Viva-Voce will be intimated after the declaration of the result of the written test.
- The result of the written test will be published on the official website of Karimganj District Judiciary (https://karimganj.dcourts.gov.in).
- Viva-Voce will be of 100 Marks.

- The applications with self-attested photocopies of all relevant testimonials including Certificates of Educational qualification, Experience (wherever applicable), Caste, Age proof, Employment Exchange Registration Card etc. along with 03 (Three) copies of recent passport size photograph duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side should reach the office of the District Legal Services Authority, Karimganj on or before the last date for receiving the application.
- Candidates must provide their valid email address and mobile phone number in the application form without fail.
- The envelope containing the application must be superscribed in block letters as Application for the post of Lower Division Assistant.
- The last date of receipt of application is 24.04.2024 till 5 P.M.
- No application will be entertained after the last date.
- The appointing authority shall not in any circumstances be responsible for any postal delay.
