"The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has announced vacancies for the position of Senior Research Fellow. The position requires candidates to have an M.Sc. degree or higher in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Biomedical Sciences with a minimum of 60% marks, along with a valid NET qualification and at least two years of research experience.
Research experience in immunology is desirable, and candidates with consistently good academic records and publications will be preferred. The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs. 35,000 per month plus HRA as per rules.
The application deadline is April 23, 2024, and interested candidates must submit their applications along with their CV and attested copies of relevant educational and experience certificates via email to [email protected], with the subject marked as “SRF Application BT/PR36327”. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the interview date and time via email. JNU Recruitment 2024 Qualification
- Candidate must have M.Sc. degree (with minimum 60% marks) or higher in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Biomedical Sciences with NET and minimum two years of research experience.

Selection Process For JNU Recruitment 2024
- Incomplete applications will be rejected, and any further request will not be entertained.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated to appear in the interview at SBT, JNU and no other communications in this regard will be entertained.
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in interview.
- Only those candidates who have been awarded degree/provisional certificate are eligible to apply.
- Candidates will be required to produce certificates/testimonials in original at the time of joining and if not found in order, selection will be disqualified.
