The School of Life Sciences at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, announces a Senior Research Fellow (SRF) position for a project focused on identifying novel antifungal agents against ArOYE6 to combat fungal diseases in crops. Applicants should hold an M.Sc. degree with at least 2 years of research experience in life sciences, with proficiency in molecular biology and recombinant DNA techniques.
Experience in plant-pathogen interactions, protein expression, in silico structure prediction, drug designing, and X-ray crystallography is desirable. The position is temporary and will end upon project completion, with salary as per DST norms.

Required Qualifications

A M.Sc. degree having at least 2 years research experience in any area of life sciences and should be proficient in molecular biology and recombinant DNA techniques.
Desirable Qualifications:

Candidates experienced in the area of plant-pathogen interactions, protein expression and purification, in silico structure prediction, drug designing, X-ray crystallography will be preferred.
Selection Procedure for JNU Recruitment 2024
