- Graduate in Life science/ relevant subjects/from a recognized university with three years' work experience from a recognized institution with three years' work experience in clinical research from a recognized Institute or Master's Degree in Life Science/relevant subject from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in both English and Tamil (speak, read and write)

- Previous working experience of handling multiple trials. Fynerience in data collection data entry data analvsis and renort writing
