IITRAM Recruitment 2024 Notification Out Research Associate or Junior Research Fellow Vacancies , Check Eligibility at iitram.ac.in
IITRAM is seeking applications for Research Associate/Junior Research Fellow positions at the Center of Drone Technology (CDT) for the project "Design and Analysis of Drone for high altitude operations," under the supervision of Dr. Abhishek Rawat and Dr. Ajit Kumar. Two positions are available with an emolument of Rs. 31,000 per month plus HRA.
Candidates must hold an M.E./M. Tech in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/CSE/IT or related disciplines with 60% marks or an M.Sc. in Aerospace or related discipline with 75% marks. Desirable skills include familiarity with UAV design, calibration, testing, microcontrollers (Arduino or Raspberry-pi), and software such as MATLAB and Python. The appointment is initially for 11 months, extendable up to three years based on performance evaluation.
Applications must be submitted online through the Institute portal, and candidates should upload relevant certificates. The upper age limit is 28 years, with relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Gujarat government norms.

Qualification for IITRAM Recruitment 2024
- M.E./M. Tech in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/CSE/IT or other relevant discipline or equivalent qualification with 60% marks or 6.0 CPI (on a 10.0-point scale) OR
- M.Sc. in Aerospace or related discipline with 75% marks or 7.5 CPI (on a 10.0-point scale)
- Understanding basic components and algorithms used in design of UAVs (rotary, fixed wing, hybrid) Basic idea of calibration, testing and deployment of UAVs.
- Work/Project experience of working on microcontrollers (Arduino or Raspberry-pi, development boards)
- Experience of working on software's such as MATLAB, Python etc
