ITPO invites applications for engagement to the position of “Consultant (Photography)” purely on a contractual basis through open market. The eligibility criteria, Work description, Age, Remuneration, Terms and Conditions of engagement etc. are as follows:

Qualification for ITPO Recruitment 2024
- Graduation or equivalent degree from Government recognised Institute /University
- Degree/Diploma in Photography/Photojournalism or Commercial/ Fine Arts with photography as an elective subject from a recognised Institute / University
- Minimum five years of work experience in handling Photography/Digital Photography/Photo Journalism/ Photography coverage of events in an organisation
- Diploma in basic computer applications
- Work experience in Govt./ State Govt./ CPSE/ Autonomous Body/ Newspaper/ News Agency/ Media House
Pay Scale for ITPO Recruitment 2024
- Consolidated monthly remuneration (subject to statutory deductions): Rs. 80,000/-.
- The Consultant (Photography) will be paid consolidated monthly remuneration within 7 days after completion of the month (based on the biometric attendance registered by the Consultant (Photography) subject to periodic completion of work certified by their respective Controlling Officer and counter signed by the concerned Head of Department (HoD).
- The Income Tax or any other tax liable to be deducted, as per the prevailing rules will be deducted at the source before effecting the payment, for which ITPO will issue TDS certificates.
- Consultant (Photography) shall be liable to pay taxes as applicable.
- ITPO undertake no liability for taxes or other contribution payable by the Consultant (Photography) on payment made under this contract.
Age Limit for ITPO Recruitment 2024
Age limit (as on closing date of application): 35 years
Selection Procedure for ITPO Recruitment 2024
The selection shall be made from the open market in accordance with the extant guidelines and the decision of ITPO in all matters regarding eligibility, selection and posting will be final and binding upon all applicants/candidates.
