ITI Limited Recruitment 2024: New Opportunity Out, Check Post Name, Age Limit, Qualification and Application Procedure
ITI Limited is inviting applications for the position of Director. The age limit for candidates is set between 45 to 60 years. The salary for the position ranges from Rs. 25,750 to Rs. 30,950. Candidates should be graduates from a recognized university/institution, and preference will be given to those with a Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or MBA/PGDM/PGPM.
Applicants should have at least five years of cumulative experience in various aspects of HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations in a reputable organization. The selection will be based on a Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC) constituted by the Government of India.

Qualification for ITI Limited Recruitment 2024
- The applicant should be a graduate with good academic record from a recognized University/Institution. Applicants having Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/Post Graduate Diploma/Programme in Management (PGDM/PGPM) from a recognized University/Institute, will be given preference.
- Experience: The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience in various aspects of HR/Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations in an organization of repute.
Pay Scale for ITI Limited Recruitment 2024
The Government of India has constituted a Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC) under the Chairpersonship of Chairman, PESB for appointment on deputation/immediate absorption basis to the post of Director (Human Resources), ITI Limited in the scale of pay of the post Rs. 25750-30950 (IDA). A copy of the job description for the post is enclosed.
Age Limit for ITI Limited Recruitment 2024
The age criteria for the vacancy, effective from 01.10.2023, stipulate that the age of superannuation is set at 60 years. Internally, candidates must be a minimum of 45 years old, with a maximum of 2 years of residual service as of the vacancy date, relative to the date of superannuation. For external applicants, the minimum age requirement is also 45 years, with a maximum of 3 years of residual service as of the vacancy date, relative to the date of superannuation.
