Key Responsibilities For IRMA Recruitment 2024
- Engage with organizations in the cooperative, corporate, and public sectors to attract topnotch recruiters for internships and placements.
- Onboard organizations based on the brand equity and the packages offered at other comparable and higher-ranked institutes.
- Attract consulting and training assignments for the institute.
- Undertake outreach activities and follow-ups through virtual and one-on-one meetings, corporate events, conclaves, conferences, and other related activities.
- Closely coordinate with the Placement and MDP Teams internally to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
